The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has changed the schedule for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2023 counseling. Candidates now have the option to fill their choices until 10 am on August 4, with the choice locking facility commencing at 5 pm today and concluding at 10 am on August 4. Before, the choice filling and locking concluded on August 2.
According to this revised schedule, the seat allotment process will take place from August 5 to 6, and the results will be announced on August 7. Candidates will be required to upload their documents on the MCC portal on August 8 and must report to their allotted colleges between August 8 and 14. Verification of the candidates who have joined will occur from August 15 to 17.
For the second round, registration will commence on August 17 and conclude at 12 pm on August 22. The payment facility will close at 8 pm on August 22. Participating institutes will display the tentative seat matrix on August 18. Choice filling will take place from August 19 to 22, ending at 11:55 pm, and the choice locking facility will be available from 3 pm on August 22 until 11:55 pm on the same date.
The seat allotment process for the second round will occur from August 23 to 24, and the results will be announced on August 25. Candidates who are allotted seats must upload their documents on August 26 and report to their respective colleges between August 27 and September 4. Verification of joined candidates will be carried out from September 5 to 6.
The third round of counseling will now commence on September 8 instead of September 7 and will end on September 27. The stray vacancy round will take place from September 28 to October 10, following the previous schedule. Candidates can find the complete schedule on the official website mcc.nic.in.
