CEC, IIT Roorkee, one of the top technological establishments globally, proudly announces the launch of the Certification Program in Human Resource Management and Analytics, in collaboration with Imarticus Learning, India’s leading professional education company. This innovative program aims to revolutionize Human Resource management practices through data-driven decision-making techniques. Equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills, it focuses on optimizing HR processes and enhancing organizational performance in the field of human resource management. DoMS actively contributes to curriculum development, course delivery, and practical training for students.
The program, spanning six months, offers 100 hours of live training, comprising theoretical concepts and hands-on practice. Participants will engage in weekend live sessions with esteemed IIT faculties, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. The curriculum encompasses the use of three or more tools, enabling proficiency in essential statistical tools like Excel and advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis. Additionally, participants will tackle eight or more real-world case studies, applying their knowledge to practical scenarios.
The fusion of HR management practices and data-driven decision-making forms the core of HR management and analytics. This emerging field gathers insights from HR data to drive informed decision-making, enhance HR processes, and improve organizational performance. Statistical methods, analytical tools like Excel and Python, and machine learning algorithms are employed by HR professionals to detect patterns, enhance HR processes, and promote better employee engagement and retention.
Unlike traditional reactive HR roles, HR management and analytics adopt a proactive approach, utilizing data and analytics for decision-making. Tools like Excel and Python aid HR data analysis, while machine learning and statistics provide valuable insights.
